About me

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Central London. My training at WPF Therapy and the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF) has given me a solid grounding in psychodynamic theory and clinical practice.

I work with adults in both open-ended psychotherapy and short-term psychotherapy, depending on what feels right for you. My commitment is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what may feel difficult to share elsewhere.

My clinical experience includes working with patients facing anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicidality, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and family conflict. I also see people during times of transition or uncertainty, when questions of identity, belonging, or direction in life come to the fore.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in the arts and spent significant time living and working in Europe and North America. These experiences continue to shape my practice, giving me an appreciation for cultural and creative dimensions of identity and for the pressures of modern professional life. I practise in both English and German.

I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and I adhere strictly to their professional and ethical standards.
