Sessions
I offer sessions in Central London. They take place once a week at the same time and last for 50 minutes.

Therapy can be open-ended (ongoing, without a fixed end date) or short-term (focused on an agreed number of sessions). We’ll decide together what feels most helpful during the initial consultation.

Fees
My standard fee is £80 per session. I also offer a small number of reduced-fee places depending on circumstances. Fees are reviewed once a year, and any changes are always discussed in advance.

Payment and Cancellations
Payment is made by bank transfer. Invoices are usually sent monthly (unless we agree otherwise) and are due within 7 days.

As your session time is reserved for you, missed or cancelled sessions are charged. 

Breaks and Holidays
I take three holiday breaks each year — Christmas, Easter, and summer — and I’ll always let you know the dates well ahead. There are no sessions on bank holidays.

Endings
Bringing therapy to a close is an important part of the process. I usually recommend allowing at least four weeks so we have time to reflect and end the work in a thoughtful way.
